“My name is Alexei Artmanov, and I am 16 years old. I would like to share some of my thoughts after attending the summer camp in the Grodno region. This is the third year that I’ve been at this camp, and this year, for the first time, my friend Egor and my cousin Anastasia came too. This made me extremely happy, because I wanted others to join me in interacting with our counselors, and experiencing the atmosphere of kindness, love, and concern that we do not get enough of in school or in our regular day-to-day lives.
I enjoyed many things in camp: games- always new, and discussions- where I can get an answer to any question, and songs- which months afterwards we can’t forget; we even sing them in class. And most of all the counselors, who never scolded us, and which in turn gave us the desire to be kinder to one another.
Three years ago I asked Jesus into my heart in this camp and I gained for myself a friend; a friend who is always with me. This year, my friend Egor also asked Jesus into his heart. And I believe that with time, my cousin Anastasia, who has many questions, will find the answer to her questions and come to know God.
I wanted to thank everyone who took part and helped organize this camp. My only regret is that many of my relatives do not have the opportunity to come as well.”

“Меня зовут Артамонов Алексей, мне 16 лет. Я хотел бы поделиться впечатлением после того, как побывал в Дятловском летнем лагере. Третий год я отдыхал в этом лагере, и в этот раз со мной впервые поехали мой друг Егор и двоюродная сестра Настя. И это меня очень обрадовало так как мне хотелось чтобы кто-нибудь ещё мог вместе со мной ощутить радость от общения с нашими вожатыми, пережить атмосферу добра, любви и заботы которой нам не хватает в школе или в повседневной жизни.
Мне в лагере нравиться многое: и игры, всегда новые, и беседы, где можно получить ответ на любой вопрос, и песни, которые спустя месяцы мы не можем забыть напевая их даже на уроке. Тем более вожатые, которые никогда не ругают нас и это рождает в нас желание быть более дружелюбными друг к другу. Три года назад я покаялся в этом лагере и приобрёл друга, который теперь всегда и всюду со мной. В этом году то же сделал мой друг, я верю, что спустя время и моя сестра которая имеет много вопросов, тоже найдёт ответ и познает Бога. Я бы хотел поблагодарить всех, кто принял участие, организовав для нас этот отдых. Об одном лишь сожалею что многие из моих ровесников не имеют возможности побывать там.”
