Mother’s Day may not be celebrated all over the world, but it is a special day for us at Hand in Hand. After encountering so many orphaned and abandoned children in our travels, we’ve come to understand how important a mother’s love is in the life of a child; how very blessed those of us who have known a mother’s love really are.
